A Day You’ll Never Forget – Personalised Acrylic Photo Plaque
A day you'll never forget, captured in a keepsake made just for you.
Turn your favourite match-day photo into a personalised acrylic photo plaque. This personalised match-day design features bold CHAMPIONS 2026 lettering, navy, red and white details, your chosen individual, family or group photo and your name or names, with the match date and optional block, row and seat details beneath.
Rugby league is a family sport, and some of the best memories are the ones you share. Choose a photo of one supporter, your whole family or your group of friends to remember being there together. Add everyone's names or a family or group name to make it personal.
A special reminder of being there, and a thoughtful gift for someone you shared the day with.
How to order
Upload your clear, original individual, family or group photo using the Upload Photo button on this page.
Enter the name or names, family name or group wording exactly as you want it printed in the personalisation box.
Add the match date and any optional block, row and seat details in the second box. Leave seat details out if you do not want them printed.
Check your photo and wording, then add your plaque to the basket and complete your order.
If you need help with your photo, email info@craftingaround.uk, quoting your order number.
Please check all names and details carefully before ordering. A clear original photo gives the best print result; screenshots and blurry photos may appear soft when printed.

The gallery shows four personalised mock-up examples: an individual supporter, a family, a group of friends, and a mixed group of adults and children.
